Alex Davies

Partner

Alex was a founding member of LCP in 2019 and has 25 years experience in UK equity and debt markets, having started as an award winning technology analyst in at Teather & Greenwood. He has been instrumental in raising over £7bn for AIM listed companies as well as significant sums in debt and equity in the private sector. Prior to co-founding Leander Capital Partners, he was a Director at Zeus Capital for the past six years. Alex is a graduate of King’s College, London

Tony Randall

Partner

Tony is one of the founder members of Leander Capital Partners and manages a diverse range of investments and family office interests. Tony graduated from Newcastle University with honours and was awarded one of Newcastle University Management department’s highest accolades before enjoying a career within hospitality, property development and food manufacturing and distribution. He is currently CEO of Randall Parker Food Group with a combined turnover of over £220 million, part owner of the Blue Waters and Cove Suites resort in Antigua (voted in the top 30 hotels in the Caribbean in the Conde Nast Traveller Reader Awards) and brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and business acumen to the Leander Capital Partners team.

Paul Morland FCA

Partner

Paul is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with PWC in 1985. After spending 8 years working in industry as a Group Accountant and then CFO, Paul joined NatWest Securities as an analyst in 1994. Since 1998 he has covered the Tech sector in the US and Europe and in 2005 moved to his current focus of raising equity for UK SMEs.

He has been heavily involved with UK IPOs since 1998 and has been consistently voted in the top 3 Tech analysts in Europe over the last 20 years. This period has included spells at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Societe Generale, Peel Hunt, Canaccord and Panmure Gordon. Paul also has specialisms in company valuation and forensic accounting – the latter has led to witness appearances in several high-profile court cases in the UK and US over the last five years.

Hannah Woodley

Partner

Hannah is a consultant to Leander Capital Markets and has nearly 20 years’ experience in various Investment Banking roles. Hannah began her career in the City in 2004 having obtained an MSc in International Management from Kings College London, and a BSc from the University of Birmingham.

After a brief spell in Financial PR, she joined Collins Stewart (Canaccord Genuity) to start their Investor Relations team before moving on to the small-mid cap Equity Sales desk. She then moved into a Corporate Broking role at Panmure Gordon, leading IPOs and secondary fundraises for companies of all sectors and sizes ranging from small AiM listed companies, to FTSE 250 companies. Hannah then took a break from Investment Banking and started her own property development and project management company before coming back to broking on a consultancy basis for Zeus Capital. Her last investment banking role was in the Corporate Broking team at Singer Capital Markets where she lead their ESG efforts.

Patrick Keating

Partner

Patrick is an accomplished banker and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience, working in Australia, Asia and Europe. Most recently, he served as a Banker with Barclays covering the UK, European and Asian markets, providing solutions across Venture Debt, Corporate Bank, Investment Bank and Wealth Management. In that role he was responsible for servicing entrepreneurial, UHNW family-owned enterprises and successfully attracting Forbes Rich clients to the bank.​

Prior to his tenure at Barclays, Patrick worked at several top-tier institutions, including Citi, Savills Commercial, and UBS, where he established profitable client books and structured unique financing and equity solutions across various industries. He studied business at the University of Technology, Sydney, and is a licensed Banker in both Australia and the UK. Patrick’s deep knowledge of the banking industry and his ability to create tailored solutions for his clients have earned him a reputation as a highly sought-after investment professional.
